Delete Your Open Heart Account

This page is provided to support store compliance and user transparency. Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to delete your account in the app

  1. Open the Open Heart mobile app.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Open Settings.
  4. Select Delete Account.
  5. Confirm the deletion request.

Alternative request method

If you cannot access the app, email support@yourdomain.com using the email address linked to your account.

What happens after deletion

  • Your account access will be removed.
  • Your personal profile data will be deleted or anonymized as required.
  • Some data may remain temporarily in backups or where retention is legally required.
